Dr. Nguyen is a Licensed Psychologist with an emphasis on immigrant/refugee mental health. Dr. Nguyen completed his Doctorate of Psychology from the University of St. Thomas- Graduate School of Professional Psychology. He completed his residency at Natalis Psychology & Consulting Services focused on providing integrative care to refugees and immigrants, and school-based mental health.
His areas of clinical interest are holistic health, multicultural psychology, psychological evaluation, supervision, and training. He provides services to adolescents and adults.
Dr. Nguyen has been in the mental health field since 2005, serving in various capacities (i.e., ARMHS, targeted case management, intensive outpatient, training director and supervisor, and outpatient services). Dr. Nguyen’s approach treatment services from resiliency factors through a cultural/spiritual, holistic, and strength-based approach tailored toward the client’s needs.
Dr. Nguyen is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. He enjoys spending time with his family traveling, cooking, and volunteering.
